Customisation process:
1. Confirm design drawing for customised Labubu clothes
2. Place the customised order
3. Labubu clothes production
4. Get ready for you lovely Labubu clothes!

The processing time of custom orders would be 5-10 days.

Due to the special nature of handmade products, the finished product will be somewhat different from the design draft. We may make some modifications to the subtle details of labubu clothes to present a better effect. But we will try our best to make it the way you want, so stay tuned.

Please be reminded that we will start processing the customised Labubu clothes once we receive the order. At the stage of production, request for order cancellation or design changes will not be accepted. Thank you so much for your understanding:)
